We showed up 5 minutes before closing but Mike, our salesperson, never rushed us. He showed us a few beautiful units at incredibly low prices. We had spent days shopping through other stores, trying to find a sectional, but we were in and out of The Dump with a new sectional in 20 minutes, AND at a lower price with better quality than we had seen at other stores. “This location has stepped up it game! The shelves are full of items and you always see staffers restocking inventory and happy to escort you to whatever item you are looking for. The in-store McDonald's is no longer there and after a certain time you can only use one door (near the old McDonald's). They have very few cashiers due to recent remodeling and the installation of SEVERAL self checkout registers, so if you are looking for an in person cashier, you may want to try a different location. I am a happy customer for sure! Kudos guys!!”

“Update: I was able to send the fabric cuts back so they could take a closer look at the fabric. There was no admittance of selling fabric that was not what i ordered. However, they did correct the problem once they received the fabric back.They gave me a refund. It would be nice if they are able to send out a sample of our orders, that way we can get a closer look at the fabric and design and would probably order more fabric once we got a good look at it. I would buy again from them because they acknowledged my disappointment by providing a refund and they were respectfully professional. Very sad quality of service. I ordered 2 yards of fabric with white letters on black fabric to make simple face masks. Each yard cost over $15 a yard. The fabric arrived after 2 weeks and the colors were very dull. Instead of black the fabric looked charcoal gray, instead of white letters the letter appeared to look faded white. The white letters also looked dingy, like washing white colors with black fabrics. I emailed the customer service rep and she said she didn’t identify any issues, even after seeing the image of the fabric. I was never asked to send a sample piece of fabric to see the flaws. Also, the fabric is not printed on location but in another country. I learned a vital lesson, ask if the fabric is actually printed on site, this may contribute to quicker distribution and a refund. As of now, I have not received any compensation( refund) or do over. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of service but most importantly the fabric was not what was expected.”

I went to the chain store Batteries and Bulbs and they said they didn't carry the bulb and couldn't even order it. I clearly should have come to Dallas Light Bulb first.
