I had $60 left in one of my pockets without knowing & had them dropped off and they put them in a bag and had it placed with my clothes til I picked it up. “I've been using this cleaners for years!! Overall I have limited compliant as they've been pretty good about the quality over service. Most recently I have noticed that my heavy starched jeans have had major residue remaining from the starch! Not only the dark colored denim. I pointed this out yesterday when I dropped off my clothes and the owner assured me he would inspect my pieces before I picked them up. about 10yrs ago my sister bought a used wedding dress from a thrift store and it was filthy!! This cleaners brought that gown back to life and from that day forward I was a regular customer! We'll see how my clothes look today when I pick up, overall I've been satisfied... most recently I've had slight complaint. I will update when I pickup today. The male owner takes pride in his work! They lost a pair of jeans last year but tried their best to make good with the situation. I usually have at least a $50.00 ticket when I drop off and that time I had a $150.00 ticket so I guess I can understand with the amount of laundry I brought! Hopefully when I pick up today I can make this a 5 STAR with my update.”
