“I can't say enough GREAT things about Falls Lake KinderCare, but more specifically the teachers and staff. Our 2 children are enrolled (a toddler and an infant) and I couldn't ask for better care for either of them! The loving nature of Michelle and Christina is unmatched. The number of times one of them have gone out of their way to tend specifically to my child (usually the toddler, of course) is unbelievable. My 2yo was scared to go back to school after COVID, having to be dropped off at the door, greeted by new teachers she'd never met! Michelle told me she brought my daughter into her office to eat her breakfast in familiar company until she had calmed down enough to join her friends. More recently, Michelle heard we were moving to the "big girl bed" and brought my daughter a special surprise if she stayed in her bed that night. We switched to KinderCare from a private facility and there has been NO turning back. The level of attention and love given to the kids, the cleanliness of the building, the responsiveness of both directors and teachers is absolutely amazing.
