“This new building is large; it's really quite remarkable. The staff - caring, attentive, genuinely concerned for the welfare of their residents and truly engage with family members. The administrative team - quite knowledgeable and friendly. A few new ones, but they came in and have accomplished so much in such a short period of time. I have had to deal with most from time to time and they have always made time for me with any issue I may have. If you have had a family member in the old building and had to transition into the new, the one thing you do notice - a majority of the nursing employees are new also. The DON, Susan, has made it her mission to hire quality, caring, dedicated staff members. They are like a ray of sunshine. The building is clean - no odors. Housekeeping is always working. Rehab - 2 different areas - quite large and that team is excellent. All managers up front - extremely friendly and welcoming. These employees, from top to bottom, show so much compassion, I would certainly recommend them to anyone who has to make a difficult decision for their loved one.”

“I gave you 1 star at first because I was mad that you put sauce on top of a pizza I requested to have no sauce on. After eating the pizza anyways, it was delicious. Would have been better without the sauce but a 1 star rating was not fair after eating some great pizzas. Would recommend and will try again to get a Hawaiian pizza without sauce.....And I wrote this before I noticed the response I got from you 5 months ago and that it took me 5 months to change my rating....better late than never I guess! “The worker Alexander was really nice and friendly. When I ordered my large pepperoni pizza, I asked about dipping sauces for the crust. He let me know about the crust toppers I could get for free because dipping sauces do cost a little extra. I decided to try the garlic butter topper. The pizza was not the greatest but the pepperonis were crispy and the crust was good. Service was great, pizza was good, and I'll probably come again whenever the urge for pizza strikes.”

“Visited Lin’s kitchen during block leave. It doesn’t look fancy from the outside however decided to give it a try based on the good reviews. I was impressed with how nice the ladies in the front were. There was a bit of a language barrier however we were able to point at the pictures and all was well in the end. It’s not expensive and the food came out quick. I will be coming back and recommend it.”
