“Very authentic, very nice. You can dine-in and carry the rest if you're full. No need to ask for to-go box. The only disadvantage is checking their Facebook page for their daily menu. Personally, I think it's a good idea to have different dishes. You won't get bored and considering of "what I should get today". We'll definitely be back.”

“I went here a few weeks ago on a Saturday night and *thankfully* got a table for 2 right away without having a reservation. It was my first time here, and I absolutely loved it! The vibe was great, the live pianist was a nice touch, and the service was amazing. The complimentary garlic knots were delicious, along with everything else brought to our table. I wasn't super hungry so I ordered a salad, but it was a massive size with great toppings. My +1 had the sea bass, and it was delicious!! The dirty martini was incredible too - and the table next to us had espresso martinis that also looked SO good! Will definitely be back again and next time would like to venture up to the rooftop!”

This is my first visit to this lotaburger but it's very nice I loved the vigas outside it looks very modernized and definitely a new Mexican style. Convenient to the Santa ana star casino hotel and right off the main highway in bernalillo. Something I noticed as well was the music being played outside the store which I've never seen before so it's nice and it makes the atmosphere for those waiting for there food as well as those who dine outside! The food is always freshly made”

The waitress said they would take them back and get me some more I took it upon myself to say no I would just take them home and heat them up ( hopefully they still taste good ). It wasn't their fault they made the tots LONG before the the main dish I got. I'll still return the service and everything was great it was mainly paying so much and couldn't have what I wanted to eat at the time. Sam is a great waitress she always had a smile and was willing to help anyway she could.”

“Great looking place and design from the outset. Service is kind, food is very reasonably priced. Bubble tea is also more cost friendly than the current market rates elsewhere. Their seasonal dishes are outstanding. We got skewers (which were awesome), dumplings, and noodles. Food taste wise, I wouldn’t say it’s the very best I’ve ever had, but for a quick lunch bite, it totally fits the bill. Will be back!”

The food was excellent, had the New Big Bacon Barbecue burger and it was great, even though my fries came about 10 minutes later our cool bartender on 11/20/2021 evening, took care of everybody at the bar and recognized the issue and went and got me an order of fresh and hot fries ASAP and it was still worth the wait for this burger and it was cooked perfectly medium well burger. Very satisfied with this restaurant!”

“Amazing place! First I want to say that Preston was our server and he is awesome! He knows everything about the menu and can give great recommendations. The chicken sandwich and Turkey burger were awesome! For dessert we had the whiskey cake and it is something everyone should know about. Whoever created the whiskey cake clearly received a vision from God and made sure it was created. I don’t like pecans, but the pecans that were topped on the cake were soft and sweet and so delicious. The cake is so amazing, if you’ve never had it, go the restaurant just to try that. Amazing place!”

This was a fantastic burger. I don't know how the McDonald's next door stays in business. Patty was well seasoned. Toppings were fresh. Bun was soft. Good bread to meat ratio. Fries were decent. Skin on. The seasoning was excellent. The larger fries were just a bit less crunchy than I like but the smaller ones were perfect. They weren't soggy just a little floppy. Felt like good value for my money. I will definitely be back.”
