“Having worked in the childcare industry myself, I knew exactly what I wanted and what I didn't when looking for a school for my one year old daughter. During the pandemic, our daughter was at home with us so I was a little nervous to drop her off and have her struggle. Her teachers, Ms. Savannah and Ms. Brenda have been AMAZING. I can see how much they love her and it shows even with Ms. Vickie at the front desk when she greets her every morning. My daughter went from crying at drop off to walking in all by herself and barely looking back which is bittersweet! I highly recommend this school to any parent looking for a loving and caring environment for the most important tiny human in their lives!”

“Flexible 6-hour basic schedule options for the younger kids (though no short days - this is german language immersion!). Before and after class care is available, and healthy mostly organic food can also be included. They will add kindergarten beginning Fall 2017. Wonderful teachers, and very reasonable class sizes. “Each and everyone of the staff are nice. My daughter joined recently and they all know me and her by name after the first day. Ms Maria is an exceptional teacher my daughter loves her. They were able to order special diet(vegetarian meal) for my daughter. They check temperature everyday, requires make for all the kids, sensitize the area. They really try their best to make sure the parents and the children are happy and safe. Thank you all”

“Having my daughter take swim lessons at Waterview Swim School has been one of the best decisions I've made so far. I was very concerned about my 6.5 year old taking swim lessons because she is scared of water and I didn't want to waste time and money on something that she wouldn't want to do, but all my fears/concerns were put to rest with Ethan. From the first contact, he gave me some peace of mind and assured me she would do fine and that he totally understood what she was going thru because he was one of those kids. When the classes started, he did tell us that it takes a while for some kids to feel comfortable, but to not stop attending swim classes. He did a fantastic job making my daughter feel like they were friends that after the first class she was already looking forward to the next class. For the next two weeks, Ethan made our Daughter discover a new love for water and taught her that she could do anything she sets her mind to. Many great lessons that go beyond the pool, and that will set the foundation for a great future. Thank you Ethan for everything, we look forward to seeing you in April.”

“I really don't know why there aren't more parents saying anything because it's always a line to pick their kids up everyday and they stay packed! Anyways my son is almost allergic to everything and we bring his lunch and I just can't imagine life without there help. my daughter she is a different story she has les allergies than him but the fact of the matter is the teachers LOVE THEM KIDS and they always having fun and or singing when I pick them up I saw 14 comments and I got mad I'm sorry cause like I said this place has more than 14 kids. We've only been 2 months btw but they stop crying when we left in 2 weeks so be strong and do your walkthru's reviews (people shady)”

“My son only attended Allison's for a little over a year, but he made such great leaps in that time that I was surprised. Our daycare experiences with him, prior to going to Allison's, were not great. With the exception of 1 year, he had been in childcare for his whole life (he's now 5) and had grown to have a negative view of himself and his abilities to make the better choice in whatever situation he found himself in. After this year in Allison's, he was ready for his start in Kindergarten and I know he can actively make the choices he needs to. He only left Allison's because he started "big kid school" and we live 45 minutes away - I work in Irving, so it made sense while he was in daycare for him to be nearby. We'll miss all his teachers and the staff there as they always loved on him like he was their own. He learned a lot and was always ready to tell me about his day. I have already recommended Allison's to a co-worker and will continue to whenever someone asks.”

“Absolutely love this daycare! The employees are actively involved. They know every student and parent. Its the best of both worlds between a big name daycare and an at home daycare. I recommend anyone looking to consider them. Safety is important and we notice excellent practices. Again they know faces and doors are locked. Communication I honestly loved the paper report. Especially useful for at home feedings and naps. So easy to follow. Nothing beats paper communication honestly. That gives caretakers more time for your child. “My name is Vanessa and my daughter Analia attends 2nd Step Day Care center. When we moved into South Dallas in May 2018 I really wanted to find a good daycare center for my daughter. I was very iffy bout moving her from Desoto .I began to tour most of the 5 star daycare centers in South Dallas and was not convinced. I drove off of I35 noticed 2nd Step Daycare scheduled a tour. I then looked into the reviews and figured they had a 3.7 review but I cared less bout the review. Because the minute I stepped a foot in that Door Ms. Williams made me feel comfortable and welcoming. I then got to meet the other two directors. Ms. Shionarie(Hope I spelled it correct) is one who has that bubbly talkitive and full of Joy personality she assured me my baby would be well taken care of they answers my 1000 questions with no hesitation. They are all awsome and about Mr. ANDRE definitely not rude he's just more serious and quite and throws the smile in when needed but always welcoming. Talk about the CARE it's AWsOme. They always have staff to cover all the kiddos and the Directors are always a part of the care as well. I can go on and on about how good this place is. My daughter has only been there for 4 months and she has learned how to sing her ABC count past 10. Can point out most of her body areas, sing, nap, manners, potty training etc.... Best place ever for anyone's Kiddo to be at. Ms. Sharon who is the immediate person to care for the Toddlers she's one of the best Child care providers ever. My daughter even calls her Mommy. AWsOme Care, indiduals and Team....💞 ❤️👍❤️💞”
