“I've said it before; we are so glad we found Meineke Car Care Center Richardson! Issue: Brake Light/ABS/Traction Control alerts on in dash The team at this shop utilizes a great communication system to direct messages and updates to your phone. These updates include pics and descriptions of what may need to be repaired before doing any of the work; giving you the choice on whats the right next step. In my case they found brake fluid leaking under driver side tire. They sent a photo and said they would continue to investigate. The shop coordinator let me know "Good News" it was just a loose nut that needed to be tightened and this would resolve the issue. I don't know about you but this scenario was a prime opportunity for a lesser quality shop to take advantage of the situation, but this team fixes what needs to be fixed and makes recommendations but in my experience never takes advantage. Trustworthy and character driven auto mechanics. I'm so thankful it still exists. You can trust bringing your vehicle here.”

“I own an L. L. Bean field watch that I bought in July 1998. When the latest battery died, I took it to Batteries Plus for a replacement. The young man who installed the battery torqued down the crown so hard that it wouldn't move. While the new battery started the watch again, it was impossible to set the current date and time. I tried different techniques to free the crown and pull out the stem, but the crown wouldn't budge. Today I visited Ace Jewelry. The man on duty used some small pliers. He freed the crown, pulled out the stem, set the date and time, put the stem back in position, locked the crown, and handed me my watch. He didn't charge me! My wife and I have been looking to have our wedding rings resized. After our experience today, we're definitely going to take them there.”

Also Lauren was super helpful with selecting a pair of glasses and walking me through all of the insurance details. They were both very courteous and helpful. Also, it was super easy to schedule an appointment online with them, and only a few hours between getting a prescription and my glasses being ready, which usually takes DAYS at other places. Overall a great experience.”
