You come here for urgent care needs and you are welcomed with exceptional service. I have been an urgent care patient here for 5 years now and love the convenience. I received my flu shot this year from the nurse Yolanda and didn’t feel a thing! Yolanda, the Nurse Practitioner Lisa, and the rest of staff always maintain a positive attitude despite the disrespectful customers I have personally seen them deal with over the years (folks, please respect our health care workers during these unprecedented times). I have been seen for small things such as a slight cough or sore throat. I do not recommend this as a primary care clinic and do see a primary care physician and specialists for my other medical needs. I highly advise people to keep in mind that this is an urgent care clinic and not all issues may be treated.”

“Well stocked, very clean considering the amount of dogs we saw throughout our visit, observed staff cleaning bathing areas and disinfecting consistently. To management: Isabel is an absolute asset to this company. Isabel was courteous, obviously loves what she does and every dog that came through got treats and rubs with consent. Isabel made sure every visitor understood the rules and where tools/soaps were. She made us feel very welcome and appreciated. She also made sure multiple times during our visit that our pup was happy and we had everything we needed. As a manager for my company I'd hire and promote her ASAP. We used the "Zen room" as our dog is quite anxious. It's almost enclosed but ensures your dog will not be bothered by others if yours is a bit scared. For those newer to bathing a dog in a professional bag with pro tools. There are visible posters with tips that will help if you're unsure of the process. Very reasonably priced considering they provide professional grade equipment and a wide array of tools (the majority of which are free and included). I hope this business expands throughout DFW and further. Really great experience.”

“Took my kids here for a little ice cream treat. The drive thru line was pretty busy. We opted to go inside instead. When we got inside the line was moving fast. I looked behind me and it was getting longer. When it was time for my kids to order their ice cream it was more than one person taking orders at one time. It was a good thing because my kids got exactly what they ordered. It was SUPER busy but was moving fast. I was satisfied with the overall service.”

“I only have seen Dr Kellin Reynolds a few times I’m a new patient. I tried her after being with my Dr for 40 years and he retired. So I tried this clinic and Dr Reynolds was available,, I’m comfortable with her. She is sharp easy to ask those uncomfortable questions no need to be shy. She does her research on her patients before she walk in because she brings up your last visit even if it was 3 years ago. I like that because I think she looks at her patients as being important. I would recommend Dr Reynolds very highly because from my experience she is a woman‘s ,woman Dr. Give her a try I did.”
