“Today I was in a real jam. My battery went out on my vehicle and I was walking distance from AutoZone. I called and spoke to Ivan and he was willing to bring a battery to me and change it out for me. I told him I could jump start it and drive it to the store. Once I arrived he looked up the battery I needed and he got his tools and carried the battery and tools to my vehicle and changed the battery for me. I offered to pay him and he said it was no charge. He did not even accept a tip. He told me he was happy to be of a service to me. It was real hot (over 100 degrees) and I could not park in the shade but he took his time, made sure my vehicle started and told me to have a nice day. This kind of friendly and above and beyond service has caused me to become an AutoZone customer for life. I will never go back to O'Reily or any other parts store.
