“This store has a lot of cool stuff. It is nice to rummage around. Staff is relatively friendly depending on the day. I respect the diversity of characters, but some staff are quiet and it feels weird to be around them. It would be nice I'd they cleaned up the areas more, but is clear many of them are not 'that' passionate about creating an impression or welcoming environment. They should "recover" the store more and help create more frequent customers ie. revenue.”

Didn’t mind explaining or anything! I went in to pick up my food and he was just as sweet! This place was is dire need of him! Now usually I have a HORRIBLE experience at this McAlester's. The customer service is horrible, the staffs attitude is depressing. However this time MARC made my heart smile! He literally lifted my spirit just from his interactions!
