Once that option did not work, they replaced the whole unit, and credited the initial repair attempt expense to save me a few thousand bucks. “It started out that I just needed parts but they don't make that unit any more so I was prompted to buy new which I ordered. The company gives me options on how I want the power set up but said nothing about water but shows it on the post so I did not specify water. I received the post looked fine until I started the install but could not find the manifold so I contacted and ordered over the phone. Not once was the bracket mentioned. A week or so later I received the manifold with out the bracket to attach to the pedestal so I contacted again to receive a parts list that does not have the correct bracket on it. I wrote back explaining that but I guess nobody wants o hear it because no response. I will look for another vendor in the future. It should not be that difficult to order a simple power post. most marinas this time of year has enough spare time to go thru this but I did take the time to write this. After writing this review and posting it I received a call to get issues straightened out. Ray called and sent me the parts to complete the power post. Thanks for that but more important I received assurance that the company would work hard to make sure this does not happen again. I am a repeat buyer so I will be going back for more power posts and parts.”

“Great mechanics! They always, always, always, find whatever is wrong with my vehicle and fix it in a timely manner. I have gone to them for help numerous times. The phone is always answered and they are great at directing me on what steps I need to take to fix something on my vehicle. They are very friendly and considerate people. A family member of mine had an issue with a car that kept their engine light on. Mechanics in their area changed unnecessary parts and claimed that the issue can never be resolved. I recommend my family member here and the mechanics at Hal's Tire shop were able to fix it within a matter of hours. Sometimes they may require you to obtain the parts they need for your vehicle. This can be good because you can find the best pricing for what you need and see if you can get warranty on the part. However, I do know they can sometimes get the part, it really just depends on what it is. Someone did mention to me that their prices are somewhat higher than other competitors, but these are some of the only mechanics I know I can trust. These people are very honest and skillful in what they do and I highly recommend them as they were recommend to me!”
