He went above and beyond to make sure I got all my paperwork in correctly, and that I had the sizing I needed for the exact amount of items I was storing. His quick communication made the most impact when we moved out of our storage unit over a weekend and were going to cancel the unit that Monday. He beat me to it on Monday morning with a call, because security had noticed our lock was off and items were moved out! I appreciate knowing now how secure our items were in this gated community.
