My only problem with this experience was that they need to improve on their inner office communication skills as I would get several calls from them explaining the car wasn't done or another issue was detected and that they would look into it if I wanted. Then a few minutes later another would call saying that repairs were completed and it was ready for pick up when I would mention the other issue that had been found they would not be aware of it. So communication needs to be addressed and maybe they should have only one person to address issues about a vehicle to the customer that way they will be knowledgeable on what's going on with said repairs instead of several people contacting the customer with a different diagnosis.”
