“If you have ever wondered "who made this gorgeous invitation?" chances are it was Southern Fried Paper! Chelsea and her team were such a joy to work with for our November wedding. We were looking for something memorable, modern, and authentic to us as a couple. Since we worked with Southern Fried Paper to design all of the Day-of wedding items, the entire event was so cohesive and told OUR story. When you think people won't notice those details, THEY DO! And it meant so much to us that our guests were able to see that the menus reminded them of the invitation, that had the same monogram as the bar front, etc. Our response was always "Southern Fried Paper did it!" My son got a cup and loaded it with toppings, I got a cup about 1/2 full and a few strawberries but $16.00 ?! I probably will not frequent another one of these stores again. I could have taken my son to the store and bought each of us our own carton of ice cream and saved $8.00!”

The whole process was super easy and the owners were so great. Their 4 legged fur baby was such a sweetheart and entertained us while we waited. I felt bad doing a walk-in order since I know they usually request custom orders to be put about 2 hours in advance (wasn't able to this time) and there was only one worker dealing with everything, but Gabriella was super nice and awesome to work with. I was happy just getting any regular cat or doodle, especially with the pressure of dealing with other customers on mind, but Gabriella still did SUCH an amazing job in no time - I was so surprised at her artistic talent with the kitty!! Everyone at the cafe was stunned and in love with the cookie, they didn't wanna eat it! (It was very yummy 😼) Genuinely couldn't have asked for a better decorator, please give more of my heartfelt thanks to her!! 😻❤️”

“If Skillman Home Depot ever goes to war I will put on an orange apron and ride at dawn with them. I love this Home Depot (specifically the garden department) so much it’s unhealthy and I should probably talk to a therapist. I had the BEST interaction today. I was looking at a clearance patio table and a worker shouted across the store, “How much is that?” I thought, ‘It beats me I don’t work here’ and he shouted, “look at the yellow tag” and I shouted back “29” and he shouted, “how much are you willing to pay?” Life has really not prepared me for this situation at 8 am on a Sunday and I thought the correct answer was “29”. I was wrong. He chirped back, “Will you take it for 20? I’ve got five Christmas trucks coming in this week and we need the summer stuff cleared out.” We bantered back and forth a few times and he was having so much fun and you could tell he loved The Depot even more than I do. Long story short I now have a table I didn’t really want, but it’s suddenly my favorite little blue table. I will always look at it and think about what exceptional customer service looks like; deviating from the script of mundane interactions and taking a moment to have a special and fun interaction with a customer while accomplishing the goal. It made my weekend an absolute delight. Home Depot already gets a chunk of each pay-check I get, but do I need to re-write my will and give them my first born? At this point we’re basically family. Thank you Home Depot for being yourself. Also, PS, I hate orange - so that orange apron I’ll wear for you is really saying something.”

I bought a forklift a few months ago from another company and it was a bad experience and I didn't want to buy again.
