“Always loved this companies liquid smoke. Due to the pandemic it became hard to catch on the shelf. Had a question about some caps so I gave them a call. I was greeted by one of the most friendly customer service women I've ever talked to. She also gave me information on other bbq products I've never knew they had. Well she offered to send some caps. I got stung by a yellow jacket today and stopped by the mailbox on the way to Walmart for something to put on it. I received my package from them and it had a product called chigarid in it also. How odd I was on the way to store for something similar. I put it on 2mins later pain was gone absolutely amazing product. How did they know I needed it must've been God. Now not only do they have a lifetime liquid smoke customer but a Chigarid customer too going to tell all my friends and family about it. If anyone has insect bites stings or irritation go to the store and buy it it works amazingly. Thanks Colgin I don't normally leave reviews.”

“This is a small shop, but it's very well stocked and the staff are super friendly and customer service oriented. The gentleman that helped me admitted that he was new, but had no problem asking someone more knowledgeable to get the correct answer to my questions. He waited patiently while I selected the fish I wanted. My only teeny tiny complaint is that he did smell like he hadn't showered for a few days, but he offered such excellent customer service, that I'll definitely return. The fish looked well managed as well and the other gentleman was just as helpful! Recommend. 👍🏼👍🏼”
