“Made my visit super simple and covid-19 compliant. You park in a numbered spot, call to check-in and then the Vet techs come out to your car (while wearing masks and gloves) to take your fur baby inside to get checked out. Before your fur baby is seen the Vet calls you to go over what is it your wanting them to look at and when it's done you'll get a call from the front desk to go over payment. They walk your fur baby back out to your car and your good to go. Very pleased with their service been going for years and my recent visit was a very late one so super appreciative of the amazing staff here.”

“I found a dog wandering in my neighborhood. I took it to a couple of vets in the area to see if they recognized it. The last place I went was Town & Country Pet Hospital. They did not recognize the dog, but scanned it for a microchip. (I'm not sure why the other clinics I went did not do this) Happily, the dog was chipped, unfortunately the dog was not registered to anyone. The lady helping me, Jennifer I think, called the company to track down where the chip was sold to, then called the place that did it. She got the owners number, but had to leave a message. She even texted the owner from her own phone. After waiting for a bit with no call back, they offered to keep the dog until the owner could be tracked down. I decided to take the dog home with me and finally got with the owner. I don't currently have a dog, but when I get my next one I will be coming here, just from the service I got. It's not that the other places I went were rude, they just didn't seem interested in helping. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I didn't actually have to see the vet.”

“This is the best vet I have ever been too! They are our regular vet so we see them for our shots but when we had a spinal injury for our lab, they saw us immediately, were concerns about how he was progressing and ensured a full recovery. I know that not everyone will be that fortunate but the care of the staff shows on how they treat the animals. Their pricing is very good. We have had to get meds in the past and they have been very reasonable. We moved further north Dallas but we still make the drive here.”

“I should’ve posted this a long time ago, but Dr. Pipes saved my dogs life 6 years ago! In 2014, my Maltese was hit by a car. This happened later at night, so we had to take him to another animal hospital. We could not afford emergency surgery, so our only option was to give him pain medicine & see if he would make it through the night. The next morning, as soon as Country Brook opened, we took him to Dr. Pipes. He immediately took him in and told us he would call us later in the afternoon. We went later in the afternoon to see if our doggy recognized us to determine if there was any brain damage. Our doggy barely and I mean barely wagged his tail when he saw us, but that was all Dr. Pipes needed to know that our dog would be fine. All for a reasonable price. I recommend him to all my family and friends!! His love for animals and reasonable prices absolutely make him the best!”
