“After realizing my auto policy was ridiculously high, I decided to shop around. I was, of course, bombarded with a million different agencies calling, emailing and texting as expected when I put my feelers out there. However, Amelia was the one agent who struck that perfect balance between communication and incessant stalking-lol. I was fielding several calls, texts and emails a day from various agents during the course of my work day. When I reached out to Amelia and let her know my current availability to discuss rates, she was the only one who respected that and didn't blow up my phone during work! We set a few phone appointments and we had a family emergency and I was unable to take her calls for a couple days. Instead of being irritated or curt, she was polite, SO gracious and professional when the dust settled on our family emergency and we were able to resume our search with her! She fielded my one million questions with patience and expertise and the entire experience was extremely user friendly! ALSO!...her agency does NOT financially penalize you for making monthly payment installments! We were paying close to $600 annually JUST IN INSTALLMENT FEES ALONE anytime we did NOT pay out the 6 month policy in a lump sum. We saved SO much money right off the bat for that feature alone along with the other discounts! “My name is Vanessa and my daughter Analia attends 2nd Step Day Care center. When we moved into South Dallas in May 2018 I really wanted to find a good daycare center for my daughter. I was very iffy bout moving her from Desoto .I began to tour most of the 5 star daycare centers in South Dallas and was not convinced. I drove off of I35 noticed 2nd Step Daycare scheduled a tour. I then looked into the reviews and figured they had a 3.7 review but I cared less bout the review. Because the minute I stepped a foot in that Door Ms. Williams made me feel comfortable and welcoming. I then got to meet the other two directors. Ms. Shionarie(Hope I spelled it correct) is one who has that bubbly talkitive and full of Joy personality she assured me my baby would be well taken care of they answers my 1000 questions with no hesitation. They are all awsome and about Mr. ANDRE definitely not rude he's just more serious and quite and throws the smile in when needed but always welcoming. Talk about the CARE it's AWsOme. They always have staff to cover all the kiddos and the Directors are always a part of the care as well. I can go on and on about how good this place is. My daughter has only been there for 4 months and she has learned how to sing her ABC count past 10. Can point out most of her body areas, sing, nap, manners, potty training etc.... Best place ever for anyone's Kiddo to be at. Ms. Sharon who is the immediate person to care for the Toddlers she's one of the best Child care providers ever. My daughter even calls her Mommy.
