“Great Customer Service, I would even say THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD!!! I ordered a literal FEAST for my family and I. -Which included a fully loaded baked potato with all the fixings plus chopped beef and chicken. This thing was a monster and it wasn't just for looks or internet appeal....it is good and very well balanced. -A pound of links which were tender but had a nice snap. -Fall off the bone rib plate with tender sliced brisket. -For sides we ordered the Baked Mac N Cheese, Greens, Potato Salad and Baked Beans and Cornbread Listen, I don't know whose Big Mama is in their kitchen but I promise you she knows how to balance seasoning (very telling esp by the sauce) and gives great portions. -We also ordered dessert: Pineappple Upside Down and additionally Strawberry cake slices. My family ate to their hearts delight and we have plenty leftovers. So worth every penny and it was delivered by the owner who was following the state mandate of wearing a mask. I will refer them to every one I know for small and large events. Thank you!!!”

“A good call back makes a sale. I was shopping for a particular item and wanted to try it on for size before buying. One of the sales rep called back promptly to follow-up on my voice mail. He confirmed that they carry the brand clothing and the particular item was in stock. So I drove to their showroom, met the friendly sales rep and other employees and started shopping. I was given plenty of time to try on the item and browse the rest of the store. Several staff asked if they could help but for most part left me alone unless needed. Bottom line: I bought more than I thought I was going to buy at first.”
