“Hi! I’ve lived at this complex for 7 years and I’ve always had a great experience. Recently the complex changed management and I can honestly say they are amazing! And most recently when we had the winter storm the complex had to shut off our water due to freezing pipes ( which is to be expected during below freezing temperatures) April and Letti were very informative in communicating the situation and time frame of when we could expect our water to be turned on. Although the situation was beyond their control I really appreciated the communication during a difficult situation. They are always efficient when I need something repaired. “Quite possibly the best fried chicken in DFW. This place is rather unassuming from the outside, but inside is a fantastic experience. Service is amazingly quick thanks to call buttons at each table, and each time it has been super friendly and helpful. The K-style chicken is my favorite. Crispy skin, juicy meat, but somehow not greasy like most fried chicken. Good variety of sides and beverages. Only downside is them being closed on Mondays and for dinner only, so keep that in mind (unlike me who had to try another nearby, unnamed place, which wasn't bad but not as good as this place).”
