“I always come here and my favorite barista is Alicia . She usually there in the afternoons. But I went yesterday and there was a short black girl, who I seen a couple of times . To be honest she does not know how to make good coffees. Every time I would ask for a drink she would say “Oh we don’t have it “ or it’s “out of season “ . When a day prior I had bught that drink at Starbucks and it was still on menu. She also had AirPods on . I don’t know if that was the reason she was not focused . It seems like she does not even want to be there and just wants to make the top easy choice coffees. … not going there any more when she is working .”

“This is an awesome place. Very nice; very professional!! Anna and the other supervisors are very good at what they do. The place has TVs, movies, lots of toys, several nice rooms. It is also very clean and they sanitize it after every meeting. They document everything, they are very smart and they all know the ins and outs of any of the situations we are in. Very compassionate. I’ve been going there for several years now and I give The B & E Center all A++++. If you are looking for a visitation center, this is the best I’ve ever been to. 🙂”

The staff is very knowledgeable at their jobs, and every contact with staff was extremely efficient and friendly. The Fitness Facility was very clean/sanitized and the access was very efficient and managed appropriately. The staff looks as they authentically and genuinely enjoy their jobs which resonates with the guests. I'm looking forward to my next stay at this location.
