Alli was caring and comforting during my procedures helping to calm my nerves and ease my anxiety. The front office staff was beyond awesome. They were super nice and very easy to communicate with (not to mention they were very accommodating when I needed to change appointments). Their friendly nature made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in the door. Overall what could have been a very anxious and scary process was anything but. I met with Lily at the teller window and told her I needed 2 cashier checks. She took my information and suggest I might like to sit because it would take a couple of minutes. Very shortly later she presented me with my request and ask if she could do anything else. Extremely helpful, and professional. Lily made me feel like a valid employee.
