They had all the gear we needed and were a fantastic one stop shop for our team who were not local. The crab cake was also very good (could have been cooked a bit more to my taste). I had the seared scallops with mushrooms with a delicate slightly sweet (orange?) sauce that made both delicious. My wife had the sea bass, which she enjoyed very much. My daughter had the lobster and truffle pasta dish that she liked very much; but there was so much she couldn't finish it. My son in law enjoyed the blackened Texas red fish. But along with the excellent service, the highlight of the meal was the desserts - very large slices of carrot and chocolate cake (had to pack up the more than half leftovers); and I loved their signature dessert - pecan and chocolate covered ice cream.”
