I have had a few maintenance requests from needing a new heater, fridge, and washing machine and each time maintenance came and fixed the problem either that day or the next morning. The neighborhood is quiet even with the families that live here. I live on the first floor and have never had a problem with noise coming from above. I have had no problem with bugs or rodents in my apartment either. For the price, location, space, and the team here you cannot find a better deal!”
