“I want to preface this with the fact that I have not visited this office, am not a patient, nor have I worked with the primary psychiatrist. My review is for a new nurse practitioner, Emily Davis. She previously worked with me at the Holiner Psychiatric Group and I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about her. Most people that are unfortunate (like myself) to deal with a mental illness know that it’s not the stigma of people knowing that we have a mental illness that bothers us-it’s the fact that very few professionals actually CARE. Over at the Holiner fast food, one size fits all group, the staff is exceedingly rude, will NEVER call you back, and often times they would forget what they had prescribed me. That was never the case with Ms. Davis. She always made me feel very comfortable, welcome, and, most importantly, that she truly cared about my needs and was trying to help me get to a good place. I take nearly the smallest dose of Xanax possible and have 20 pills a month, and she was the only person at that office that didn’t make me feel like some sort of “junkie” when I asked to get my prescription refilled. Honestly, there’s nothing more embarrassing than that, as a grown adult, to be talked to as if you’re some sort of “addict”, when, in reality, you just found something that helps you get through the bad days (in 2020-thats most days). That’s what real healthcare workers do. Based on a lot of feedback about the *other* psychiatrist, it’s no wonder they can’t keep good staff members. If you are on the fence about visiting the Preston Hollow Psychiatric Group, I’d recommend them based on Ms. Davis alone. Clearly, they hire quality health care professionals.”

“Staff is friendly. It was easy to book the appointment and get the test done. I gave four stars because they seem a little busy and it is hard to get through on the phone. My test took 9 days to get the results back, and I had difficulty getting clarity on when the results would be in, but they did email the results as promised. The office is clean and I like the convenience of all the tests that they offer. Just know that different tests take different times for the results to come back.”

I further vetted him by checking out his IG. After I got over the shock from learning his rate, I scheduled. I was desperate and I didnt want to go to someone who would butcher my curls. I took a risk because even though he is a deva curl stylist he could still butcher my hair like a previous deva curl stylist. He was very pleasant and took my concerns into consideration. After he assessed my hair texture and movement, he went over what he planned to do and accommodated my requests. My hair came out how I imagined. He is skillful and provides awesome customer service. I highly recommend Glenn.”
