Sandy did an amazing job representing and supporting the sale of my home in Flower Mound/Argyle.  She was extremely responsive and worked hard to ensure my experience was as easy as possible.  She was always available to answer any questions I had and explained everything very patiently. She did most of the work behind the scenes to ensure the sale of the house went smooth and painless.

I was out of town on business the week our home was getting prepped to go on the market. In that week, Sandy stepped in and helped us coordinate vendors coming in to complete fresh mulching, window washing, a deep clean of our home, and paint touch ups, as well as staging for the photos. Everything went quickly and my home looked fantastic! We barely recognized our home when it was listed! By the time I returned home from my business trip our offer on the new home was accepted and we had accepted an offer on the sell of our current home. Our home was on the market for barley 24 hours when we accepted an offer. I firmly believe that is a testiment to Sandy's experience and touch she put our home. Sandy was always available to answer questions, she provided us with excellent advice, and was an absolute pleasure to work with start to finish. Use Sandy and her team! Sandy was a great choice in realtor! She set up a lot of viewings when we weren't certain of the area, size, or many of the features for the home we were wanting. Sandy was patient and knowledgeable. She eventually steered us to newer construction by pointing out a lot of foundation issues and flaws we didn't notice, ourselves, in older homes. I would recommend Sandy to anyone in the DFW area.
