If you are like I was and think you could never do CrossFit, this is the gym for you. The coaches are amazing and meet you where you are. They have modifications for any injury and truly care about walking alongside you on your fitness journey. They are available to help with workouts, mobility issues, diet/nutrition assistance and any thing else you may think to ask. On top of all of that, the head coach, Tucker, is experienced at high level competitions. He does all of the programming himself, and if you ask any member here, his programming is top notch and proven. CrossFit is the best all around workout you will ever get. I had been a group fitness at Lifetime girl for years, spending 2-3 hours at the gym every day. Now I spend an hour a day, 6 days a week, and am in better shape than I have ever been in (and I am about to turn 56). The members here are friendly and supportive and will welcome you in. Now is the time - give Rayzor Ranch a try!

Moved to Texas about a year ago and am so glad I found a new CrossFit family and community at Rayzor Ranch CrossFit. Great people. Great programming. Great workouts.

Starting a new gym can be intimidating, but these people have always made it feel like “home”. What an amazing group of people to to surround yourself with. 🙌🏼

RayzorRanch is one of a kind!! We have family in Argyle that we visit regularly, so we dropped in for the week recently. We LOVED it! The programming was awesome. Workouts kick your butt and they are FUN and well thought out. Every single coach was intentional, attentive and helped with everything from technique to pacing, etc. I was able to become more confident in new skills just in one week. And as far as CrossFit goes, it was affordable too! Also, there is something to be said about a gyms client base and how they treat drop ins/newcomers... Rayzor Ranch was by far the friendliest gym I have ever been in! We loved Rayzor Ranch and are happy to have a new home away from home when in town.

I have been a member at a couple different CrossFit Gyms, but nothing has compared to the experience at Rayzor Ranch CrossFit. The coaches are fantastic, and the programming is validated time and time again with retest weeks. One of the major issues I have seen from other gyms is the lack of professionalism among the coaches. You will often see coaches messing around or focusing only on the competitive members who they are trying to prepare for competitions. With the focus being on the most athletic of the group several members are left to figure out proper technique on their own which then leads to injuries hence the reputation CrossFit generally has. The reason CrossFit has a bad rep isn't because of the concept it is because of inept coaches who can't program and don't correct the members when they are doing something wrong. At Rayzor Ranch, they pay attention to all members and quickly correct or adjust techniques to avoid injuries. They create an inviting and friendly atmosphere that welcomes people of all skill level. The progress I have made in the last year at Rayzor Ranch has far surpassed any other gym I have ever been to. They have a way of improving your skillset in any movement piece by piece. The coaches really pinpoint where your individual hang up is and can teach you through that. On an individual perspective, I have been working through a significant injury while there. Instead of being dismissed or ignored I feel confident that when I see movements in the workout that I cannot do, the coaches are quick to provide me with adequate modifications that allow me to complete the workout with the class but in a way that does not aggravate my injury. For anyone that has been intimidated to try a CrossFit gym either because you are not in the shape you want to be in or have limitations that you feel are too debilitating, I assure you this is the gym for you. The coaches take pleasure in providing modifications because it allows them to be creative. Highly Recommend
