I left my organizer (with lots of important paperwork in it) in the branch and Ryan retrieved it and kept it for me behind the teller line until I could get back and retrieve it. I was freaking out when I discovered it was missing! I have found Ryan to be outstanding at customer service without overdoing it and seeming insincere. Exactly what I need in a banker! Thanks Ryan.
