Kai at Acura is by the far the best salesman my husband and I have ever met. Went over and beyond my husband and I expectations. He has a lot of knowledge and was very patient also. I first got my TLX a-spec in 2020 and my lease was up and I traded it in for a 2023 RDX A-spec and Kai helped us again. He was incredibly helpful and did not pressure us at all. What he promised to offer us is exactly what we got. I highly recommended anyone to Kai if you're looking into an Acura.

Started the process of looking into a new MDX and got connected to Dan based on all the great reviews here. That was less than a week ago and today I drove out with my brand new car. Overall I'm very happy with my car buying experience. The market is not the most forgiving right now, so very limited deals/discounts available but Dan still managed to take a bit off the overall price (loyalty + more). I can't say enough about this guy: He's genuine, honest, customer oriented, friendly, professional, detailed, informative, and just a really great salesperson. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of or felt pressure to buy or rushed into making a decision. Best part is that I only had to go in once and stayed less than 2 hours to give my bank check, sign paperwork and finalize everything. Dan even picked me up from my home to make the process easier which was a huge help and very appreciated. Lastly, Dan was very detailed and thorough in showing me the features of the car and guided me step by step on each feature/aspect of the car. Annaliese was the finance manager . She is also good at her job and got me to agree to items that I had no intention of purchasing, however in return she did get me a lower interest rate and the same monthly payment I originally agreed to, which is appreciated.

Wonderful place to take your pet. All the staff and doctors are top notch. Highly recommend!!!

My 16 year old dog has gone there a majority of her life. This past December, they made an appointment when she wasn't doing well even though they haven't seen her in years. In her condition, they were so caring and explained the whole process to the point of making the decision of putting her down. They let me be with her the whole time and gave me a minute as I said goodbye. They even wrapped her up in some old baby blankets and placed her in a box for me. Saying goodbye to your life long dog is never easy, but they were so sweet and tender with every part of the roller coaster of the day. They called me the minute she started to say goodbye. They have cared for her so well throughout her life and even on her last day. Can't recommend them enough!

Took our sick momma goat today. They are amazing. She’s already looking and feeling better. Such a knowledgeable staff and vet. And reasonable prices.

Our dog is having some problems and we wanted a second opinion. The staff was great and we really liked the doctor. He explained everything to us and took the time. We will definitely be going back. Thank you again.

Love love love these guys!! I called same day (returning patients) & they got my baby in within hours. Dr Black is always great with my pups! They also don't charge an arm & a leg for quality care. Hands down absolutely BEST around
