(June 5, 2019, 1:33 pm)Truly, a great experience from the time I called to see if they were in-network with my insurance, and every step of the way afterward. Front office staff were so kind, working to ensure everything billing-wise was as expected. The check-in process was simple and efficient. The medical assistant who gathered my medical history was super friendly and made me feel at ease.
Because of how positive the experience was up until meeting the doctor, I was so anxious that I was going to love every bit of the staff EXCEPT the doctor (because that's my luck!)... Nope! She was great. Dr. Jalal went through the details I'd provided to the CMA previously, and she answered all of my questions with thorough explanations. She was personable, made me laugh, and I'm so relieved that not a single step of finding a PCP in the area was stressful. Excellent first impression with this location! Hopefully, the next appointments will be smooth sailing as well.
