I really look forward to going to the 6pm classes and winding down after work. Doreen and Fred are great instructors and always supportive and professional. They know when to encourage you to go further and respect you when your body needs to rest. The class is filled with great people of all ages that respect each other and the purpose for being there. It’s not a competition and not intimidating. My wife and I have made good friends in this class. We are really disappointed any time we have to miss a class. Power Up Yoga makes me happy! Thanks Doreen.

(September 21, 2019, 4:54 pm)Power up yoga by Ms Doreen is really very fantastic. It has helped me with lot of my backache and nexk issues. I have also lost weight in inches and pounds. I am glad that I joined Ms Doreens yoga classes. She is an amazing trainer, always encouraging everyone to take challenges but keeping control of how much a person is really able to do. She always guides after the class is over in case one needs direction to understand any of the poses. Thank you Ms Doreen for making me fall in love with POWER UP YOGA ????????????.

(July 21, 2017, 1:59 pm)Great class with lots of motivation to move and gain strength,mobility, and flexibility. Not a traditional yoga style but very powerful. The instructor, Doreen, is very good at getting the best effort from students. All her students love her class.
