The come to you service is incredible. They came to my work and did a oil change, tire rotation and installed new wipers. My service technician was very nice and helpful.
The Mobil Service at Klaben is TOP NOTCH.
I work full time and I also have a toddler so finding time to get my oil changed is harder than I would expect. I called Klaben to set up an appointment, trying to work around my schedule and they offered this service and I was skeptical at first, but I’m willing to try anything. Let me say this was the BEST thing, they came to my house, on my time, and they were able to do everything right here on site. Dylan my Tech was courteous and communicative. Texted me before he came and made sure I was ready before showing up! He changed my oil , rotated my tires, He inspected my brakes, tested my battery, check cabin air filters, checked belts hoses, and topped off all my fluids in under an hour! I Will for sure continue my long standing relationship with Klaben!

We began using Klaben Ford’s service department upon the recommendation of a friend. From the moment I walked in for the first time, their level of professionalism was obvious. Tyler and the technicians have taken great great care of my car, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else.
I took my truck to Klaben Ford to have a transmission issue taken care of for me. Tyler in service and Wayne in parts really went above and beyond for me. They got the parts needed for the repairs in very quickly, and got the repairs done equally as fast. I am extremely pleased with the service I got, and would recommend the dealership, and Tyler for your service writer, and Wayne for your parts. They are both very professional and great people.
When we discovered icing on one of our units, we called our current ac company. Although our unit was only 6 years old and repairable they pushed us to replace it at almost quadruple original cost. I called Blue Ribbon at my neighbor's recommendation and spoke with Trey. He came out and walked me through everything. Stressed in no way did I need a new unit and gave me a repair quote lower than the first company. He and his staff were very polite, knowledgeable and performed all the repairs in a timely matter. Can't say enough good things about Trey and Blue Ribbon!

Trey answered the phone in no time, explained to me their process, showed up on time in short notice(the next day), took his time to explain to me everything he was doing and checking, corrected my low refrigerant problem, didn't try to oversell me on anything, gave me tips about my system and charged a very fair rate.

The company was suggested by one of our neighbors. The owner came out the same day. He diagnosed the needed repair and charged a reasonable amount. He was professional, quick, and polite. I will gladly use him again.
