  Ashley Smith is an AMAZING therapist. Not only is she competent, knowledgeable, and professional, but she is also friendly, energetic, respectful, and compassionate. When I started working with her a year ago, she and I established a healthy therapeutic relationship from the very start, even though I was going through one of the most difficult seasons of my life. She has actually taken the journey with me, supporting me through the process, equipping me with tools to facilitate healing and self-care, and challenging me to incorporate these tools and techniques into my everyday life. I know that I have made great progress and have experienced tremendous personal growth because of my sessions at Rejuvenation Counseling. Also, members of my support system (hubby Randall, sis Lydia, family, close friends) are so grateful that my working with Ashley has facilitated my healing.

  Ashley Smith has truly changed my life, and without a doubt, for the better. Its so amazing to be able look back at my first session, which was nearly 2 years ago, and see the tremendous amount of personal growth and progress that I have experienced because of Ashley. I truly do feel “rejuvenated” after every session I have with Ashley and it’s evident in all aspects of my life. I totally look forward to all of my sessions because not only is Ashley amazing at her job, whether it be guiding me through a tough time in my life or just helping me stay on the right track, but also because I have developed a sincere, yet professional relationship with her.

  Ashely is a terrific therapist. She is professional and very knowledgeable. She has helped me in so many way throghtout the hardest time of my life. I wouldn't be the woman I am now without her help.
  Ashely is full of powerful energy that is almost contagious. She isn’t judgmental no matter what you talk about with her. Which is one very important quality in a therapist.
  I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
