I have been seeing Dr. NGUYEN for the last 2 years she is very knowledgeable and empathetic and considerate. Overall very positive experience. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to establish care with a family doctor.
I really have a lot of confidence in my doctor, Hong An Thi Nguyen, MD, Family Medicine. She is attentive, engaging, and expressive. I've been a nurse for over 26 years and from a professional and patient's point of view, I found these qualities very refreshing. When I have to be the one on the receiving side of care and not the caregiver, I appreciate that she was willing to let me have a voice in order to express my concerns, understanding, and goals. I know that her leadership as my primary care physician is a major role in my healthcare. She assured me that the communication between her and my specialist would be consistent and priority. I love being able to access my doctor and her medical team through the patient portal. She has been very responsive and I feel I have timely turnaround so that I can make sure I have a realtime health plan in motion. Shout out to her awesome staff from the front reception area to the check out desk and the staff answering the phone! They even have their own lab!!!! A nice way to transition from out-of-state!!! 5 stars for Hong An Thi Nguyen, MD and all her knowledgeable direction as she picks my team of Specialist to weave together an effective safety net for me! :)
I like this clinic a lot. The staff is very friendly and efficient, and the building/office itself is very clean and nicely equipped. I was in and out in about an hour, which I consider reasonable, but appointments are advisable. I’ll come here again.
