Me a lover of arepas and Caribbean food was in the mood for Venezuelan food. Tried this place and didn’t disappoint . The meat of the arepa perfectly well seasoned and the guava tequeños are magical omg the best I ever tried. I will be back for sure and so far this place hits the jackpot for authentic Venezuelan taste
We tried M & S a few days ago thinking it was a Mexican restaurant and although it's Venezuelan, we were very happy with our mistake! It's a small place with big flavor and super-friendly people. We had no idea what to order and went with the owner's(?) suggestions. She was very helpful explaining what each item was and we weren't disappointed.
I tried this crazy roast beef, ham, cabbage, and cheese sandwich on plantains (patacones) and my wife had a pork sandwich with a huge chunk of cheese on it (arepa). Definitely try their version of fried mozzarella sticks. Different and awesome.
As you can see from the photos, servings are huge! Thanks, we're glad you opened in our neighborhood! We'll be back to try those burgers you told us about.
Venezuelan food truck.
Okay this place is not in Garland but worth the drive. Hubby ordered a triple mixed burger (meat patty, chicken and a pork chop) it was huge and delicious. I ordered a meat pepito but you can order more than one kind of meat, they stuffed this sandwich with mini french fries, bacon, the meat of my choice which was asada lettuce and cheese, it was delicious! If you decide to give them a try go hungry since their food options are huge, we couldn't finish what we ordered. I attached pictures of the food truck, and menu so you can check it out.
Amazing food. The best of Dallas Texas. If I could eat here every single day I would
Update 09.01.20: The food is still really good. They did increase the prices on most items by $2. Still worth it. I did noticed they are not wearing masks while preparing the food like other restaurants.
