Such a wonderful place! Everyone here is super helpful and welcoming to new team members. The first impression I had when I walked through the doors was how well cared for the residents are, and how attentive and genuine all the staff are.

My mom has Alzheimer’s and is high functioning as well. Which makes for a more difficult situation. She’s been in Spring Arbors Memory Care for the past two months, it was difficult for her in the beginning. I saw her for the first time in several weeks, she looks better than she has in the past three years. She is extremely happy, loves the people there, and I can tell without a doubt she’s been well taken care of and that the atmosphere has helped her tremendously. When I went to see her, I was afraid she would look like this is the last place on earth she wanted to be and that she would look miserable. My son and I brought lunch for her and we sat in the activity room, as we were spreading out the food, she sat back in the chair with a gleam on her face as if she were inviting us into her new home and her surroundings. She was extremely happy. She would talk about all the activities and the ones she especially liked and wanted us to come back to experience them with her. A HUGE blessing for me to see her this way. I can tell she really has enjoyed being around other people A LOT! Also she goes on and on about how much she likes the people that help her. 🥰 Her interaction with the girls there was a blessing to see!

Spring Arbor is a wonderful place if you have a loved one who needs that kind of facility. They are very welcoming from the front door all the way to the memory care unit. Sandra and her staff are very kind people and are willing to meet whatever need you might have.

I wish more Walgreens were open 24 hours! I couldn't wait for the pharmacy one time because it was taking way too long and I was in too much pain but the rest of the store seems nice

After I get a proper allergy drugs for my wife from here at 4 am, I realized the sprit of the Walgreen for their clients.

Best Walgreens location ever!!!! The staff is so friendly!!! There’s an older gentleman there that sometimes mans the front counter, I wish I knew his name. He is the SWEETEST person!!! He’s also sooooo nice and goes out of his way to be friendly!!!! You can’t be mad at him!! I’ve seen someone be rude to him and he handled it with so much grace and was still so welcoming and kind when I was next!!
Overall everyone here has been helpful and kind! Sometimes they don’t have a lot of things I can find at other Walgreens but that isn’t their fault.
I’ve never had an issue with the the pharmacy per say, however, they are way more expensive then other pharmacies. Anytime I had a question, even an insurance one they were very good at explaining what to do or who to contact.
Also the 24 hour thing is a life saver!! When I have 2 am cravings they’re always brightly lit, welcoming, and open!! Even though I feel super awkward about getting things in the wee hours of the morning I’ve never felt judged by the staff!
Keep up the amazing work guys!!! Also thank you counter man!!! Stay amazing!!!
