  I had a bad experience at this location in Mid February. I shared my concerns and was contacted by “Sally” who oversees several locations. Sally went above and beyond to apologize for the previous issues and to resolve my complaint. Sally showed that she truly understands customer relationships and values customers! If it weren’t for Sally’s enthusiastic efforts to fix the problem, I would be leaving Verizon altogether.
  
  Thanks to her, I can honestly give positive feedback on their operations. If you receive poor service, or have a problem in one of the locations Sally oversees, you should contact her directly. I know she cares, I know she wants to hear the good and the bad and I know she will do all she can to take care of her customers.
  
  People with Sally’s commitment to customer service are getting harder and harder to find. Verizon is fortunate to have her representing their team.

  My boyfriend and I were ridiculous enough to show up 20 minutes before closing on a Friday night. He really wanted me to get a new phone and it was really time for my 6 SE to go the way of the dodo, so there we went. Luckily, I already knew I wanted the Samsung S10E, so that saved a small amount of time.
  
  Quentin was alone in the store and incredibly helpful from the get go. He worked with my old phone as it finished backing up photos, helped us find a screen protector, and even chatted about Game of Thrones.
  
  We really wanted to order him pizza because he just went above and beyond helping us out until we left close to 10:00 p.m.. You won't find better service than Quentin at the Carrollton Verizon!
