BrightStar Care Frisco and Carrollton

BrightStar and staff were outstanding during my recovery. Nurse Denny was fantastic, very professional, and got me up moving quicker than I thought I would. Very caring and passionate about her job and caring for her patients.

After my discharge from the hospital, I was put in the caring hands of Denise (Denny) from BrightStar. My family and I were greeted everyday with smiles. Denny was very patient and listened to my concerns and answered all our questions. My wife and I would always welcome her into our home. Thank you for your healing hands, Denny!

Am so grateful and relieved to have BrightStar caring for my dad. He is elderly, memory-impaired, and not the easiest. Our caregivers are unfailingly kind and truly go the extra mile helping him place phone calls and being a friend to him. Thank you Ugo, Isaiah, Celina, Sadiya and others who have made each visit special. We love our dad, and you guys have been a lifeline.

We began using BrightStar at the end of February and have them contracted for 12 hours a day, 7 days a week to care for our memory impaired Dad. They are worth every penny. Highly professional and the caregiver team (we have 4 assigned) are utterly wonderful and caring. I feel so relieved to have the help for Dad. They are truly top notch.
