First US Floors

It’s the second time we are renewing our floor ( in different homes)with First US Floors . I highly recommend First US Floors .Their service is absolutely perfect.

Working with the team was a very pleasant experience. Matt and Carlos are very knowledgeable and was to help to make the best decision. Carpet arrived earlier than expected and the install was quick and seamless. Excellent job to all that were involved!

Matt and Carlos are a pleasure to work with …they are engaged throughout the project. We replaced our hallway, foyer, living, dining and kitchen area with engineered wood floors and absolutely love the results! Pedro did the work and was polite and hardworking! When the tile was removed from the foyer our front door jamb was damaged …they took care of it by sending a professional team to replace the jam as well as new weather-stripping around the entire door. First US Floors are the best!

This is my second time to use first US floors. Both times I’ve had a great experience. Carlos came out to measure and shortly after Matt was able to give me a quote. The work crew that came out finished before the timeframe that I was given and was very pleasant and nice to work with. I’ve had a great experience with good quality work.

My First US Floors experience was exemplary from beginning to end. I met with Carlos and within 5 minutes he had shown me 3 flooring selections that were all wonderful. Matt had pricing to me quickly. The installation was done ahead of schedule despite the flooring arriving late from the manufacturer. The communication with Matt was always top notch.

And, the floors look absolutely amazing.

I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again!
