    The staff here is SO wonderful. Even with cat drop off during the pandemic, the vets and techs take the time to go over everything thoroughly with you over the phone (and compliment how handsome your cat is). It seems like they are a bit on the pricey side - not entirely sure because I haven't shopped around BUT totally trust and love everyone who works here, so worth it for the best care.

    My first time going to a vet...and it was great! They were timely, adhered to covid restrictions and gave me a ton of info to better take care of my fur baby. The price also felt reasonable (but I can't say for sure since this is my first time).

    Our kitties have received excellent care and service. I've really appreciated how easy everyone has been to communicate with. Clear instructions, good covid-protocol, and super friendly and helpful. I brought our newly adopted kittens here purely out of convenience, but I look forward to using their service from here on. Thanks everyone!

    I've got 4 cats and they've all been through The Boston Cat Hospital at some point. The staff and vets are knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. I particularly like how they are not pushy about what they want to do. They give me all the necessary information, I can ask questions and share my thoughts, and they are respectful. It's been a good partnership and my cats are the beneficiaries. I highly recommend this place!

    Staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and caring. They're obviously knowledgeable and passionate about feline care, and we're excited to be new patients.
