We spent a whole weekend in Dallas trying to find my perfect prom dress for my senior year. After three stores, I started to think I was not going to be able to find the dress I wanted. Finally, I came across Elegancia online and decided to check it out on the way home. They were so helpful as soon as I walked through the doors. I showed her the pictures of dresses I liked and she knew exactly what they had in stock that I would be interested in. So, I was able to skip looking through through every rack at each dress. It didn’t take long for me to find the dress I wanted. Now, I am happy to return home after my trip to Dallas.

Took my friend to Elegancia after going to the mall in Fort Worth in which by the way they were not nice and wanted money to try on a dress??? So we drove 40 miles from FTW (after already driving 2 hours from home to get there) to Elegancia and they were awesome. Not only did she find the perfect dress to fit her extra personality, but we were treated so very well. Great customer service and selection. They did not hesitate to let her try on a dress, shoes, jewelry and anything else she may have needed to complete her fairytale wedding look. Don't bother going to the Q mall in FTW make the trip to Elegancia. You will be glad you did.

Sandra was AWESOME!!!! She had sooo much patience with my sister in law, mother in law, and myself. She never gave up on finding all three of us beautiful dresses to wear to our special occasion. Thank you soooo much again!!!!!

The team at Elegancia are top notch! Thank you, Arely, for being there every step of the way for my daughter. The quinceanera dress arrived earlier than expected which was a wonderful surprise. During the fitting, we asked for an alteration. Arely was super responsive and listened to us. The dress turned out even better than what we imagined.Thank you again for the positively wonderful experience. My daughter is so happy with her dress!
