  Absolutely amazing facility. I have had many issues in the past 6 or 7 years, and have had physical therapy at many different locations, with several different companies. This ATI is by far the best of any place I have ever been to, in every way. It is also the only facility where I have actually experienced significant improvement with the issue that I came in for. I've actually improved more than I thought that I could, or had even hoped to. The entire staff are absolutely amazing. My therapist, Jordan, is the most professional, thorough, knowledgeable, patient, kind, amiable, and compassionate therapist, and overall human being, that I have ever worked with or even met. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about her, the entire staff, or this location. Obviously, I don't want anything to happen to me in the future that would cause me to need physical therapy, but if it does happen, there is no possible way that I would go anywhere else but here, even if I had to pay out of pocket for some reason. THAT is how good this facility, and this therapist, actually are. Thank you Jordan, Leah, Brian, and everyone else. You guys are all the best. God bless you.

  Everyone here is so awesome! They really do a good job motivating you to push yourself in order to strengthen your injury area. They are passionate and creative with their therapy routines. I like how they greet everyone by name when you walk through the door. Definitely coming back to get their help on another injury.

  Very friendly staff, always greeting each patient, often by name. They easily accommodate varying schedules and making appointments is simple. Environment is organized and impeccably clean at each visit! Excellent experience during a difficult time!

  I just finished my Physical Therapy and I can confidently say I had an amazing time at ATI Carrollton location. My expectations were low in my surgical recovery being my 1st time going through this long recovery. Once I arrived, I was greeted by everyone's kindness. It was uplifting and really helped me. Their motivation inspires you to keep going and push forward. The location is always clean, everyone is easy to talk to, friendly, you feel right at home and that's what I felt when I left. As if I left a second home. So yes highly recommend this place. Thank you all for everything, special thanks to my PT Jordan and god bless y'all!

  Highly recommend this ATI for physical therapy! This is my third time needing PT on my right shoulder and Jordan is absolutely a Godsend. I had a full replacement and she let me take my time, working with me to get my muscles back to where I have a wider range of motion than I’ve had in almost three years. Bryan and Leah are also wonderful to work with when I need some help. All the staff is very friendly and helpful.
