(March 10, 2020, 9:53 am)I have been taking Yoga classes here from last 4 weeks and I absolutely love them. Uma is a good instructor. She is calm , composed and knowledgeable. Every week we try to focus on different muscle groups to strengthen them and make muscle memory. Also, our session includes breathing exercises to reduce daily stress. She tries to answer my questions or sometimes text me for more info. I would recommend this place....!

She makes sure to keep pace with all of her students and gives everybody an equal amount of attention. I have found her classes to be very therapeutic and they have helped me attain lots of inner peace. Highly recommended!
