He was very patient as my phone took about an hour and a half to back up before transferring to my new phone, and he gave lots of helpful information on how to save storage and make sure everything on my phone is backed up. We got new phones, upgraded phone plans, and downgraded my moms. She not once got frustrated or annoyed by us! Thank you so much!!!
