(December 31, 2019, 9:22 am)I've been using CCA for a few years now. Have always recieved good service. They are usually fairly busy on the weekends and parking isn't always available. But the work they have done for me has always met my expectations. Had an oil change and inspection 2 weeks ago and was in and out within about an hour.

(August 19, 2019, 11:31 am)These guys are great! I've used them half a dozen times. We have one newer car and two old jeeps, and they do a great job on all of them.
Recently, I took our newer car in for service. Long story short, I didn't feel like it was handled the way it should have been. I discussed with them, and they fixed the problem and discounted the price. This morning, I got ANOTHER call, following up to make sure I was satisfied, and they volunteered to reduce the price another $200.
That's great customer service. They felt that they did everything they needed to do, but they followed up anyway to make sure I was satisfied and waive the labor charge in order to make sure I was a happy customer.
The work itself is great. They work fast, offer a detailed estimate before they do the work, and other than this one time, I've had no complaints at all. When I did have a complaint, they went the extra mile to fix it. -

(August 8, 2019, 2:23 am)The staff here are some of the friendliest I have every dealt with. Their repairs are done right and prices are reasonable. I have them care for the vehicles of my children as I am out of state and I don't ever worry about being taken advantage of. I was a mechanic for several years previously and they seem well above board and honest.
