I have been with David Daniels agency for a short time (6 months-year). I will say that I am very satisfied. Everyone that I speak with is very professional and always willing to help when I have my 500 questions. Car insurance to me is as bad as medical insurance......who really understands it till you need it??? However, the staff has made it very clear to me what will be happening and they break everything down for me. I am very appreciative of this because I like to know what exactly I am paying for. I recently added my second car and the staff was so helpful with this decision. Car insurance isn't cheap and can be confusing. I really appreciate them going above and beyond customer service as well as trying to find all the ways to save me money.
