This place is awesome! If you don’t have a lot of time for a workout and can spare 30 min to your day, this is the place to be. Killer 30 workouts with 1 on 1 time. Burning around 350-450 calories every session and the best part about it is you can just go in and start whenever. All it takes is signing up for your first free workout and trust me you’ll definitely feel the intensity of the workout. Whether it’s to build strength, stamina or lose weight, 9round works wonders. I had the privilege of meeting and working with Jesus here and don’t regret a single penny spent at this location
I’ve never liked working out…that’s until I found 9Round! The workout is a fast paced 30 minutes so I can get in and on with my day. Plus, the trainers make it so fun! Check it out! You will never regret the investment you make in yourself.
I’ve been coming to this location 3x per week for over a year, and I’ve never been so motivated to go work out! The trainers are all phenomenal - helping and guiding without hovering, and you get lots of individual work (plus punching to get rid of stress). No class times to worry about, workouts are different every day, it’s great - can’t wait for the next year!
This is a great place to workout! Jesus is a great trainer who is really committed to those who attend. He pushes you and is knowledgeable on kickboxing techniques, so he really gives you a workout while helping you with form. You’ll leave here tired but ready to take on the day!
This is such a great location and an awesome facility! These 9Round trainers work so hard to teach you everything you need to know (no matter your level of fitness experience) and keep you motivated during your workout, especially Trainer Jesus! He's filled with such an amazing energy and knows how to push you to do more and do better! No matter how many times a week you go, you'll always walk out feeling so accomplished and strong! Highly recommend you give it a try and the first workout is always free! :)
