If you need an excellent pediatric/adolescent dental practice, this is the practice for you! I do not say this without some experience dealing with dentists as my family is in the dental business, two Dentists and one dental hygienist. My standards for dental care is very high. Designed with the younger dental patient in mind from start to finish, this practice will make your child's dental visit the best experience possible, even if coming in with a bad dental situation. All office staff from the front office, hygienist, and doctor are professional and child and parent-friendly. The play area is nice, but the front office knew to offer an iPad immediately, which help decreased anxiety for treatment of a significant dental problem. Reducing stress and increasing relaxation is a big score in my book. This treatment was only the beginning of their excellent customer service and patient personal connection from all staff member's encounters. Dr. Yamoah is not only what you want as a dentist specializing in pediatric dentistry; he is something you need for your child's dental health. He is gentle, kind, patient, playful, competent, high level of practice skill level, and genuinely interested in his patients and parents. All his staff reflects the same care that Dr. Yamoah gives. There was a glitch in our dental insurance on our first visit, and the front office with the Dr worked through the problem diligently with a good solution, never making me feel uncomfortable. It is also remarkable that Dr. Yamoah is a Denton-raised local who came back to serve the dental needs of this community. I 110% recommend this practice for all your Pedi dental needs....I only wish he did adults, as this practice is lots of cool fun!
