He was thorough, gave detailed timely responses, and they repaired not only the reported issue with my roof but found and fixed a similar problem area that would have become a problem down the road.

Russel is an excellent contractor and went above and beyond to help fix our roof from the hail damage back in March 2021. He even repainted my garage door for free after I told him the wrong color. Overall he has been great and very reliable and flexible with schedule. Do yourself a favor and go with him for your roofing needs. He set up our roof in a day it was extremely fast.

Russ Lawrenz was with me every step of the way. He explained what to expect with insurance and was timely in his replies to any questions I had.

On the day of repair the crew arrived exactly when they said they would. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were respectful of my property and put a tarp on everything and put a fine netting around my AC units so they could still run efficiently while keeping them protected from things going inside.

The roof went on and looks great. Clean up was far superior to other crews that have done houses around us, with bits of trash and even nails left in the street. When they left it was clean, and after watching them comb my lawn with a magnet, I feel comfortable sending my son back out to play.

I used Lawrenz Contracting to replace my roof and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Russ was very responsive and thorough when answering questions. Very communicative with me and my insurance company and made the whole process go very smoothly. Everything went as scheduled. The crew did a great job and was very efficient without cutting any corners. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their roof.

Russell goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. He is always on top of everything he is dealing with. While working on the roof we noticed other items that needed to be corrected first. He had all the right contacts a long the way to get it taken care of. The most impressive part was him stepping up and taken care of everything with my insurance adjuster. My father was in the hospital, they decided to place him in hospice care on the same day the appointment was set with the insurance adjuster. Russell took care of everything from the very first day to the last. I could not think him and his team enough for all the hard work and amazing communication they provided. Russell is SUPER responsive!! I would call he would answer or text me right away that he would call me right back and he did. As for emails again amazing! He was following up with my insurance company and adjuster multiple times during the process. I would Highly recommend Lawrenz Contracting.
