A fun place for the whole family or out on a date.
Change of plan: I am now hooked on their Full Rack of Ribs.
Hint: there fries are very good: if you like crispy fries, just ask for them, they are the best.
(February 17, 2021, 5:09 pm)I ordered the trout plate with mashed potatoes. The trout was very good and the servers were excellent and friendly. Overall a good meal and a good time. I have visited Prairie several times and never been disappointed, the food is cooked over mesquite wood and I like the smoke flavor.
