(July 6, 2021, 12:45 pm)I was scheduled to pick in another location and told the night prior to speak with Kevin at the JFK location if I wanted to pick it up early. I was disappointed to find out I had to drive to a further location on the day of my move, but Kevin really took care of us. He was super friendly and made the drive well worth it.

(March 6, 2018, 8:51 am)I rented two trucks and a trailer too move it of state. The trucks ran smoothly with no issues. One issue I did have was one truck had only 1/8th of a tank of gas so I had to fill up the truck immediately. When I returned the trucks the paperwork did not reflect the almost empty tank. They were going to charge my credit card almost $400 for returning that truck without a full tank. After some investigation, no additional charges were made
